First Order Guarantee
We know buying gear online can be a leap of faith. We want you to feel completely confident in your first purchase with us. If the fit, feel, or quality of your first item isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we’ll make it right.
How it works:
- Try It Out: Put your new gear to the test.
- Not Perfect? Reach out to us within 14 days of delivery at orders@unpluggedhikingclub.com.
The Fine Print: This guarantee applies strictly to your first purchase with The Unplugged Hiking Club.
- If your first order includes multiple items, the guarantee applies to one item of your choice from that order.
- Limited to one use per household/shipping address.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to request a photo of the item if there’s a claim of manufacturing defect or misprint, we also reserve the right to refuse requests that demonstrate a pattern of abuse.
Standard Return Policy (All Orders)
Damaged, defective, or misprinted? We’ll reprint it free or give you a full refund – your choice, no questions asked. Just email us at orders@unpluggedhikingclub.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Wrong size? Please refer to our First Order Guarantee, outlined above.
Changed your mind? Since every item is custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse outside of the First Order Guarantee.
Items must be unused and in original condition for exchanges and refunds.
Pro tip: Take 60 seconds to check the size charts above and compare it to a shirt you already love. Measure twice, order once – you’ll thank yourself later.
